Refund and Exchange Policy

Refunds:

• You may request a refund within 15 days of the purchase date if the product is unopened and in its original condition.
• A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
• Opened items are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date for items in their original, unopened condition.
• Opened items are not eligible for an exchange.

Procedure:

2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.
3. Ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging.
4. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing once we receive your return.
